Volleyball is one of the most popular sports in the country, suitable for all ages, and brings significant benefits both physically and mentally.

It is thought-provoking that one of the most evident peculiarities of volleyball is the absence of physical contact; a “clean” sport, where as a consequence of the lack of contact, each player is called upon to maintain a virtuous management of “game stress” thus greatly favoring compliance with the rules.

The common thread, in fact, of the volleyball courses in Palermo at the Polisportiva del Campus Gonzaga is that a good execution of one's techniques, in fact, does not involve the cancellation and disturbance of the opponent, but depends only on the good or bad management of the game of the individual athlete and the team.
