Ju Jitsu

Ju Jitsu is a self-defense art that bases its principles on the roots of the original Japanese saying “ Hey yo shin kore do ”, or “ The soft conquers the hard ”. It is a martial art and can be seen as a sporting activity or something that goes beyond since its practice is associated with traditional Japanese ethical values : respect for all, education, kindness, self-control and the pursuit of perfection.
The aim of the Polisportiva del Campus Gonzaga is to help its athletes assimilate these values which, once learned, can also be applied in their daily lives.
The hierarchical scale, represented by the colors of the belts, gives the Ju Jitsu practitioner awareness of his tools , shows the progress and provides the right stimuli to be able to improve along a path of gradual growth.
The master trains young athletes in an evolutionary path that leads them to face category tournaments with maximum serenity and excellent personal results.
